Non-Refundable Situations

  1. Used Fabrics: Returns or refunds cannot be processed for fabrics that have been cut or used. Please ensure the fabric remains unaltered and in its original state.
  2. Exceeding Return Period: Initiate returns within 14 days of receiving your fabric. Fabrics returned after this period are ineligible for a refund.
  3. Contamination or Alteration: Fabrics showing signs of contamination, alteration, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.
  4. Improper Storage Damage: Fabrics damaged due to improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or factors beyond our control are not refundable.
  5. Customized Orders: Personalized fabric orders, including custom cuts, sizes, or specific details, are non-refundable.
  6. Clearance or Final Sale Fabrics: Fabrics marked as clearance or final sale are non-refundable. Please review your purchase carefully before finalizing.

Important Notes:

  • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return results from an error on our part.
  • Returned fabrics undergo inspection; they must be uncut and in the original packaging for eligibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned fabric.
